About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Parts Sales Representative to support and grow our parts business in Las Vegas.
This role focuses on building relationships with fleets, contractors, and owner operators who rely on their equipment every day. The right candidate understands the truck and trailer industry, knows how to identify the correct parts, and can drive sales through strong customer relationships.
You will work closely with the parts team and service department to ensure customers receive the right parts quickly so their equipment stays on the road.
What You’ll Do
Parts Sales & Customer Relationships
• Develop and grow parts sales with fleets, contractors, and owner operators
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers in the region
• Identify customer needs and recommend the correct truck and trailer parts
• Prospect new accounts and expand business with existing customers
• Provide parts quotes and follow up on open opportunities
Order Management & Coordination
• Process parts orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure availability
• Work closely with the service department to support repair and maintenance work
• Maintain strong product knowledge across truck and trailer components
• Ensure customers receive accurate parts and timely updates on orders
Systems & Sales Tracking
• Use Karmak to manage parts orders, inventory, and customer transactions
• Use HubSpot CRM to track leads, manage customer accounts, and follow up on opportunities
• Maintain organized records of quotes, orders, and customer communication
What We’re Looking For
• 3 to 5 years of experience in truck parts, trailer parts, heavy equipment parts, or a related industry
• Strong knowledge of truck and trailer components such as brakes, suspension, axles, electrical systems, hydraulics, and landing gear
• Proven ability to build relationships and grow sales accounts
• Experience working in a dealership, trucking, or heavy equipment environment preferred
• Experience using systems such as Karmak, HubSpot, or similar dealership and CRM platforms is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple customers, quotes, and orders
