What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Counter Part Sales position at Western Trailers Manufacturing?
Western Trailers is a leading manufacturer and service provider of semi-trailers across the Western U.S. We are looking for a Front Counter Sales Representative to join our Pasco team. This role is key to delivering excellent customer service while supporting parts sales and day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Do
- Assist walk-in and phone customers at the front counter
- Answer incoming calls and provide product support
- Process customer needs through quotes, invoices, and pick tickets
- Troubleshoot parts brought in by customers
- Pull parts from inventory and coordinate with the warehouse
- Maintain accurate daily notes and customer records
- Order parts and work with vendors as needed
- Keep inventory and product availability up to date
- Partner with outside sales reps on customer needs and sales strategies

Schedule
- Full-time
- Day shift (8-hour shift)
