Western Tidewater CSB is seeking a Full-Time Mid-Shift/Overnight LPN in our CCSU Facility!

Responsibilities and Duties for Full-Time LPN:
- Implement and maintain Individual Service Plans for consumers.
- Conduct ongoing physical and mental health assessments.
- Maintain accurate consumer records and monitor safety.
- Supervise and oversee individual medical treatment programs.
- Administer and deliver prescribed medications as needed.
- Educate consumers on medication compliance and potential side effects.
- Assess vital signs, height, weight, and monitor medication compliance.
- Complete prior authorizations and assist with psychiatric medication needs.
- Ensure compliance with agency policies and relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
- Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse Program.
- Current, unrestricted LPN license in Virginia or from a Nurse Licensure Compact State.
- Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience in a mental health program and/or residential setting.
- Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable DMV record.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Preferred: Experience with electronic medical records and basic knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare regulations.
