Memory Care Unit Responsibilities and Duties for CNA:
- Provide direct consumer care such as bathing, dressing, toileting and assisting with
- Document progress and activities, tasks performed, and response to
- Report any consumer condition changes to the RN and Program Supervisor.
- Serve as a role model, provide guidance and assist with medication management under the direction of the RN, LPN, and
- Comply with agency policies and procedures, and adhere to all relevant local, state, and federal legal and regulatory requirements.
- Transport consumers as
- Licensure as a Certified Nursing Assistant
- 1 year of nursing experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable DMV record
- Long term Care experience preferred
- Proficient using Electronic medical records
- Basic knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare Regulations preferred
