Responsibilities and Duties for MHOP Program Manager:
Responsible for overseeing a growing program that offers a full range of individual, group, and family therapy for the treatment of behavioral health disorders.
This includes: Oversee daily operations of the program to ensure efficient service delivery, arranging for clinical supervision of Licensed and Licensed Eligible Clinicians, organizing clinical training for professional and paraprofessional staff, marketing of services, and ensuring accurate reporting of all treatment services per state and 3rd party payor guidelines.
Train, supervise, and evaluate clinical staff, including conducting regular team meetings and case consultations with staff.
Qualifications and Skills for MHOP Program Manager:
Master’s Degree from an accredited institution of higher learning
Licensure or licensed eligible with the Virginia Board of Health Professions as a LPC, LCSW, or LCP
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the behavioral health field
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable DMV record
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred: Experience in using Electronic Medical Health Records and knowledge of Medicaid Regulations
