We are seeking Full-Time Children’s Crisis Stabilization Unit Program Manager in Windsor, VA
Responsibilities & Duties for
As Program Manager, you would generally be responsible for:
- Supervising the delivery of crisis stabilization services for children and adolescents in the residential unit.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring quality and compliance with standards.
- Training, supervising, and evaluating staff performance.
Qualifications and Skills for CCSU Program Manager:
- Master’s degree in human services or a BSN in Nursing
- 2 years of leadership experience
- Candidate for Residency or Social Work Supervisee; Resident in Counseling, Social Work Supervisee or a BSN is in Nursing (Preferred)
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable DMV Record.
