We are seeking Licensed Clinicians for our FOCUS Program in Suffolk, VA.

Responsibilities /Duties for Licensed Clinicians

• Conduct consumer assessments, including determination of initial services for priority populations
• Schedule and coordinate services
• Provide linkage and referrals to other service providers
• Provide counseling, and plan, develop, coordinate, consult on, and implement treatment, education, rehabilitation, and support services for consumers

Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s degree in psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related human services field required
• Licensed, or license-eligible (LPC or LCSW), pending approval by the respective licensing board
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a human services field, preferably in a mental health setting
• Valid driver's license and acceptable DMV record required at hire and maintained throughout employment

Documentation and Compliance:

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including intake assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, following legal and ethical standards.
• Adhere to confidentiality, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements to protect student privacy.
