Responsibilities and Duties for Dispatchers:
- Answering calls within a timely manner from individuals, community partners and the National Suicide and Crisis Lifeline call center.
- Dispatching mobile crisis responders to various locations.
- Distributing information to callers/staff about community resources as needed.
- Collaboration with community partners as needed.
- Documenting information in the Call Center data platform, electronic health record or other required data collection entities
- Review documentation to assist with maintaining compliance with adherence to program standards
- Assist with coordination of linkage to community resources
- Consistently demonstrate computer operation and specific software applications.
- High school Diploma or Equivalent.
- Two years PSAP or Emergency Call Taker experience preferred but not required.
- Stable and Reliable internet service REQUIRED.
- Suitable work environment at home to ensure HIPAA compliance.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license at time of employment and availability of personal transportation.

Work Schedule:
24/7 Crisis Program; Hours may vary/rotate; nights, weekends, and holidays are required. This position is remote but does require in-person trainings.
