Responsibilities and Duties for an Overnight DSP Shift Lead:
- Assisting with the implementation of consumer treatment plans
- Care, monitoring, evaluation and maintenance of a safe environment for individuals identified with one or more of the following:
- Developmental Disabilities (Adult or Child)
- Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) (Children /Adolescents)
- Serious Mental Illness and/or Substance Abuse (SMI/SA).
Qualifications and Skills for an Overnight DSP Shift Lead:
- High School diploma or GED Certificate.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License with an acceptable DMV record.
- One year of direct care service in an Developmentally Disabled/Mental Health setting.
