We are seeking a FULL-TIME Certified Nurse’s Aide for our following program in Suffolk, VA:

• Tidewater Cove/ALF

Memory Care Unit Responsibilities and Duties for CNA:

• Provide direct consumer care such as bathing, dressing, toileting and assisting with
• Document progress and activities, tasks performed, and response to
• Report any consumer condition changes to the RN and Program Supervisor.
• Serve as a role model, provide guidance and assist with medication management under the direction of the RN, LPN, and
• Comply with agency policies and procedures, and adhere to all relevant local, state, and federal legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills for CNA:

• Licensure as a Certified Nursing Assistant
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable DMV record
• Long term Care experience preferred
• Proficient using Electronic medical records
• Basic knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare Regulations preferred
