experience, in a printing environment is not required but helpful. Prior
machine operator experience in a production or manufacturing

Comfortable working with computers in general. Confident in their basic
math skills and their ability to read a ruler. Reliability and a history

both individually and as a Team. WHAT DOES MY WORKDAY LOOK LIKE IN THIS
ROLE? Work schedule: 3:30pm-2:00am, Monday-Thursday (30-minute unpaid
lunch) Operates standing or sedentary rewind equipment to cut, package
and prepare finished labels for shipment according to customer
specifications. Meets expected production output while working safely
and following all procedures and policies. Completes required quality
and production logs using basic math. Uses two hands to set up rolls and
empty spools for rewinding application. May use a foot pedal to operate
some pieces of rewind equipment. Work with other shifts to keep the area
clean and safe. Follows all Lean practices and performs as an active
member of the team. Uses ruler skills and attention to detail to

QUALIFICATIONS: Demonstrate organizational and attention to detail
skills Display strong communication skills; ability to read, write and
