As the first point of contact for prospective residents and their families, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression and driving occupancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound inquiries from web-based lead sources
- Qualify and convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
- Build rapport with prospective residents and families
- Schedule tours and appointments for communities
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and executive teams
- Accurately track and manage leads in company systems
- Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction
