The admin will report to the Design Manager and support the Design Department with multiple projects, reports, as well as with day-to-day activities. Also, will assist the sales staff as needed with tasks associated with procuring projects for the organization.

Job Responsibilities
- Prepping submittal packages
- Performing data entry
- Track Project Progress with Excel Document
- Perform Simple Design Tasks as Assigned (Training Provided)
- Organize and Maintain drawing Archive Project
- Assist the Design Department where needed
- Assist the Sales Department where needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to learn AutoCAD related programs
- Possess sound communication skills; both verbal and written
- Ability to coordinate and work well with others
- Must be able to pass a post-offer drug test and background check
