Essential Functions

Design and Production

• Independently design and execute graphic content, including layouts, banners, infographics, and multimedia assets, for web, social, and print.
• Assist video production efforts, including editing footage, color correction, audio synchronization, and incorporating motion graphics, while adhering to branding standards.
• Provide design solutions for high-profile campaigns and presentations, ensuring consistency and innovation.
• Create and update graphics for website layouts, email marketing campaigns, and social media posts, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with other marketing functions (e.g., Marketing Managers, Digital Marketing, sales teams) to align design work with broader marketing objectives.
  
  

Project Management

• Manage multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and meeting quality standards.
• Coordinate the creative process, from ideation through final execution, while maintaining attention to detail and adhering to deadlines.
• Evaluate and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all project requirements are fulfilled.
  
  

Collaboration & Feedback

• Contribute proactively to team creative meetings, offering solutions to design challenges.
• Regularly communicate with internal stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment.
• Ability to collaborate with outside vendors and agencies for specialized production needs (e.g., printing, video production).
• Adheres to all customer care standards.
  
  

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Proficient skills in computer design software (Adobe CC) required. Basic knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, AfterEffects, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and PC operations is required. Basic web development/editing such as HTML and CSS preferred.
• Advanced video editing skills, including color correction, sound synchronization, and motion graphics.
• Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and contribute ideas to creative campaigns.
• Consistent attendance.
• Occasional overnight travel as needed.
  
  

Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia content creation, or a related field.
• Must be able to communicate (speak, read, comprehend, write in English), Spanish would be a plus.
  
  

Physical Characteristics

• Frequent walking, standing, driving, pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, climbing, twisting and leaning required.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 30lbs.
• Must be able to meet all safety requirements for applicable safety policies
