The Warehouse Lead supports the Warehouse Supervisor and plays a key role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations. This position helps oversee daily activities, monitors the flow of goods and materials, supports team performance, and drives continuous process improvement.

WHAT DOES MY WORKDAY LOOK LIKE IN THIS ROLE?
- Assist the Warehouse Supervisor with daily operations and staff oversight
- Monitor, track, analyze, and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Conduct root cause analysis and support problem resolution across logistics operations
- Assist with employee selection, hiring, training, and evaluation
- Support employee development, productivity, and performance improvement.
- Help motivate, recognize, and reward team members
- Review and monitor timeliness of scheduled deliveries
- Coordinate and control cycle counting and inventory accuracy
- Order supplies and maintain appropriate inventory levels
- Continuously evaluate and improve warehouse processes
- Identify opportunities for productivity improvements and workflow optimization
- Ensure facility equipment is properly maintained
- Maintain compliance with safety, health, and housekeeping standards
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Complete shipping and invoicing functions for various programs
