What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Operator 1st Shift position at Western States Envelope & Label?
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior Machine Operator experience in a production environment.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals is required.
- Ability to read a ruler.
- Mechanical ability.
- Manual dexterity.
- Strong initiative.
- Team player.
- Ability to lift up to50 lbs. occasionally and/or 25-35 lbs. regularly during an eight-hour shift.
- Ability to regularly stand and walk during a eight-hour shift.
- Occasionally required to sit, climb, stoop, kneel or crouch during a ten-hour shift.
