We are looking for an experienced, positive, and motivated Customer Support Administrator to join our team in Butler, WI. In this multifaceted role, no two days are exactly the same. You will act as the central hub of our office, ensuring smooth operations through the following: The Ultimate First Impression: Greet and check in visitors, notify internal hosts, and manage the front lobby atmosphere with professionalism. Communication Hub: Manage our telephone switchboard, routing calls efficiently to ensure customers and partners reach the right expert every time. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Office teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and customer inquiries are resolved. Administrative Excellence: Generate miscellaneous reports and support the team with special projects as needed to keep our workflows optimized. QUALIFICATIONS  Experience: Proven background in customer service or front-office administration. Positivity: An enthusiastic "can-do" attitude that reflects our company values. Tech-Savvy: Comfort working within multiple software systems for data entry and report generation. Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for accuracy, especially when handling sample requests and telephone inquiries.
