What You'll Do
You'll be involved in the full cable-manufacturing process, including:
- Soldering connectors to wire and cable assemblies
- Applying heat-shrink tubing and strain relief
- Assembling custom cable builds from work instructions
- Quality inspection of finished cables (visual basic testing)
- Labeling, packaging, and prepping cables for shipment
- Keeping a clean and organized workstation
What We're Looking For
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to follow written and visual work instructions
- Comfortable working with small parts and tools
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent
- Willingness to learn and improve skills
Experience with soldering is a big plus, but we're open to training the right person with a good attitude.
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Previous cable assembly, electronics, or manufacturing experience
- Familiarity with soldering irons, heat guns, and basic hand tools
- Experience in quality inspection or production environments
