The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the “face of the bank” by providing a superior customer experience to our bank customers in Western’s day-to-day business. Position is responsible to provide a positive and impactful impression to our customers through an exceptional, accurate, and efficient customer experience and provide customers solution-based business development and referrals within the bank in accordance to our organizations’ vision, core values, and team guidelines.
Duties And Responsibilities
High School Diploma or GED preferred. Previous cash handling experience preferred.
This is a part-time position with limited benefits.
Hours: 20 hours per week, typically between 1:15 p.m. and 6:15 p.m. Some earlier shifts may be required. Schedule also includes 1–2 Saturdays per month.
Starting Salary Range: $31,040 - 46,560.00 per year. This is a non-exempt, hourly position. Note: This range represents our good-faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications.

- Referrals: Refer customers to other departments in the bank by looking for opportunities to cross-sell and recognizing customer needs and corresponding solutions.
- Standard and Miscellaneous CSR Tasks: Balance draw on a daily basis, complete required compliance trainings, order supplies, and assist with miscellaneous internal projects.
- Other duties and responsibilities as needed or assigned.
