Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations, manage crews, and deliver projects safely and with high quality. This role is essential in coordinating jobsite activities, enforcing safety and quality standards, and serving as a key point of contact for clients and project teams.

US Pay Range: $91,000 USD - $145,000 USD

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations, manage crews, and deliver projects safely and with high quality. This role is essential in coordinating jobsite activities, enforcing safety and quality standards, and serving as a key point of contact for clients and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and hire field personnel.
- Lead, train, and supervise field crews across multiple job sites
- Plan, coordinate, and schedule on-site construction activities
- Enforce OSHA and company safety policies; conduct regular inspections
- Capable of reviewing blueprints, specifications, and project documents
- Perform quality control inspections and ensure compliance
- Monitor schedules, productivity, and project milestones
- Maintain daily logs, safety reports, and inspection documentation
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams
- Troubleshoot jobsite challenges and make timely decisions
- Proven superintendent or construction leadership experience
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Experience managing multiple crews or job sites
- Knowledge of OSHA standards; certification preferred
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to travel to assigned jobsites
- Long hours as required by project demands
- Physically capable of working in active construction environments
