If you are a self-motivated individual with great work ethic and the personality to help with customer satisfaction, then we would love to meet you!As a member of the branch production team, you will be responsible for the performance of work within a particular work area and in accordance with generally accepted standards of the crafts.Assists the various craftsmen in the performance of their work within a particular construction work area and in accordance with generally accepted standards of the craftSupervises workers assigned to area of responsibility to ensure construction complies with drawings and specifications and meets quality standardsActs as the competent person on the job by identifying existing and predicable hazards which are unsanitary, hazardous or dangerous to employees and halting any operation or removes employees from environments that may be dangerousMay mix cement, using hoe or concrete mixing machineLoad, transport, unload, and furnish experienced craft worker with materials, tools, equipment, and suppliesClean work area and restock supplies and materials as necessaryRigging of mobile and stationery scaffolding on structures in accordance with corporate guidelinesMay assist in lifting, positioning, and securing of materials and workpieces during installationMay perform minor maintenance or cleaning activities of journeyman's tools and equipmentPerform other routine duties as directed by craft workerMay remove rough or defective spots from concrete using grinder, hammer, and/or chisel. May patch holesSupervises & coordinates the activities of assigned workers, establishes and adjusts work sequences to meet construction schedules, and communicates progress to superintendentEnsures that workers know and understand the company's safety policiesMaintains liaison with customer's representative and advises superintendent and/or project manager of potential problems. Must work at a minimum of 30 hours per week to be eligible for benefits after 90 days of employment.Compensation for this role is determined using a variety of factors, including experience, skills, internal equity, market benchmarks, and the cost of labor in the different geographic locations where we operate.
