Software Quality Assurance Engineer II
The Software Quality Assurance Engineer II is a quality-focused technical expert responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test plans for enterprise applications. This position plays a critical role in validating both new product features and system enhancements to ensure high-functioning, secure, and stable technology solutions.
This role is ideal for experienced quality assurance professionals with a strong understanding of functional, integration, and interface testing in complex environments. The ideal candidate thrives in collaborative settings, proactively communicates across teams, and demonstrates ownership of defect management and test automation initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Review and analyze functional requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide meaningful QA feedback
- Develop traceability matrices, detailed test cases, and test data for mid-to-large sized projects
- Execute and document results for manual and automated functional/integration test cases
- Monitor, triage, and report defects using standard QA tools and protocols
- Identify opportunities for automation and build scripts using IT-approved tools
- Collaborate with business and development teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage
- Contribute to enterprise SQA process improvements and ensure compliance with QA standards
