Join our growing onsite Service to Sales team, where we focus on helping existing customers meet their insurance needs. You’ll work in a supportive, team-oriented environment and receive paid training, full benefits starting day one, and ongoing career development.

What You’ll Do

As a Service to Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in our call center by:

• Engaging with inbound calls from current life insurance policyholders
• Solving customer service issues and answering policy-related questions
• Building trust and relationships with clients—no lead generation required!
• Recommending additional insurance solutions tailored to client needs
• Studying for and passing the Life & Health Insurance exam within 45 days (we provide all materials, training, and support)

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must work onsite in professional dress attire
• Strong interest in sales and client focused customer service
• Willingness to study and pass a required Life and Health licensing exam within 45 days of being hired
• Compete to exceed both Department and Team performance goals in a structured, metrics-driven environment
