Western Smokehouse Partners is looking for a Data Entry Clerk. This position will report to the Plant Controller.
Essential Duties
- Detail-oriented professional with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Coordinate with manufacturing plants to confirm production runs and accurately enter all finished goods into SAP.
- Verify and enter all received materials into customer systems in a timely and accurate manner.
- Enter outbound shipments into SAP within two hours of departure from the facility to ensure real-time inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with Accounts Receivable to clarify shipping details and ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
- Partner with Conagra and WSP representatives to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, defective inventory issues and other miscellaneous items.
- Track and manage all non–purchase order transactions originating from Conagra—primarily through their R&D department—and coordinate with Customer Service to ensure full process completion.
- Monitor and maintain visibility of all open purchase orders, including inbound raw materials and outbound finished goods.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift, up to 50 lbs. for extended periods.
- Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, including cold or humid conditions.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
- Noise levels may be moderate to high depending on the area of operation.
