Position Overview
We're hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to provide individualized, 45-minute treatment sessions. You'll work 36-40 hours weekly with flexibility to choose a 4- or 5-day schedule.
Your Patient Population:
- High school, college, and recreational athletes
- Post-surgical orthopedic patients
- Sports-related injuries
- Worker's compensation and MVA cases
- Doctor-referred orthopedic conditions
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for athletes and active individuals
- Utilize advanced technologies: blood flow restriction, surface EMG, dual force plate assessment
- Apply specialized techniques including IASTM, dry needling, and PENS
- Teach proper weightlifting technique and athletic movement patterns
- Provide online home exercise programs via PT Wired
- Participate in weekly team strategy meetings
- Maintain documentation in Prompt EMR meeting Medicare standards
- Occasional outreach to local physicians and attorneys
Compensation & Benefits
Yearly Rate: $86,000 - $110,000 (performance-based)

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Required:
- Valid Colorado Physical Therapy license
- Strong sports and orthopedic PT background
- Comprehensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Demonstrated success treating athletes and high-performing individuals
- Experience coaching weightlifting and athletic movements
- Medicare documentation proficiency
Preferred:
- Dry needling certification
- Established connections within local sports communities
