What You’ll Do:
- Clean and maintain resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, and maintain floors throughout the facility
- Sanitize surfaces including walls, windows, mirrors, and fixtures
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas
- Follow safety protocols and proper use of cleaning supplies
- Report safety concerns and supply needs promptly
- Provide friendly, professional service to residents and staff
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous housekeeping experience (healthcare setting a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
- Lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs
- Perform repetitive cleaning tasks in a fast-paced environment
