What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grill Cook position at Western Sizzlin?
We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at Western Sizzlin Restaurant. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing a wide range of menu items on the grill, including burgers, steaks, chicken, and seafood.
In this role, you will:
- Prepare and cook food orders according to customer specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Follow proper food safety and handling guidelines
- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience as a Grill Cook and be able to work quickly and accurately under pressure. You should also be able to follow instructions and adhere to food safety guidelines.
