WELDER / FABRICATOR

Western Shotcrete Equipment Inc., manufacturer of Warrior Concrete and Shotcrete Pumps, is looking for an experienced Welder / Fabricator to join our growing team in West Haven, Utah.

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual who takes pride in their craftsmanship, works well with others, and has the skills to fabricate and weld high-quality components used in heavy equipment manufacturing.

Job Responsibilities

·         Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of components.

·         Fabricate and assemble steel, stainless steel, and aluminum parts.

·         Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.

·         Measure, cut, fit, and weld components accurately.

·         Operate saws, grinders, and other metal fabrication equipment.

·         Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy.

·         Work alongside our production team to meet manufacturing deadlines.

·         Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications

·         MIG and TIG welding experience required.

·         Previous fabrication experience strongly preferred.

·         Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings.

·         Experience welding aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel preferred.

·         Strong measuring, layout, and fitting skills.

·         Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help      others.

·         Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.

·         Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

·         Experience in heavy equipment manufacturing is a plus.
