2. Plans and organizes instruction to achieve general and course proficiencies.
3. Provides effective instruction using a variety of strategies, which bring about desired student
proficiencies.
4. Assesses student progress and maintains records and communicates ongoing student progress.
5. Organizes and manages the classroom environment to maximize learning.
6. Demonstrates effective communication skills with students, parents, and community.
7. Demonstrates effective people skills.
SALARY/BENEFITS: According to the salary schedule and benefit package per
agreement of Western School Corporation and Western Education
Association.
