1:1 NURSE at Western Primary
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of LPN, Experience with tracheostomy care
RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain a professional relationship with staff, students, and parents, while preserving confidentiality of ALL medical information
- Provide acute care for identified student(s)
- Keep documentation of student care
- Follow physicians’ orders while caring for students
- Administer routine and PRN medications as directed
- Other duties as assigned
