What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Application Analyst position at Western Reserve?
The Lead Application Analyst is responsible for participating in the efficient installation and support of Western Reserve’s information technology applications, including: software upgrades, day to day operational support (24/7), testing, and installation of clinical and business Information technology systems. The Lead Application Analyst will work closely with end users in all designated departments to understand current business operations, workflow change, implement and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the business operations. Collaborative, effective interaction with vendors, Department Directors, Physicians and Executives is essential.
Education and Training
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or closely related field required. Additional experience may substitute for education requirement. Certification may be substituted in lieu of education.
Experience
- Three (3) years of experience in application implementation and support to include experience with multiple application implementations in a hospital setting.
