Overview:We are seeking a dedicated part-time Garage Attendant to join our team. The primary responsibility is to oversee the building activities Monday - Friday from 4:00pm -7: 00pm and Saturday 11:00am -3:00pm.Responsibilities include:- Maintain garage attendant office and garage wash bay area neat and clean- Assume cleaning duties during shift as needed- Hose clean, sweep and squeegee the upper and lower-level floor- Ensure building and garage doors are secure at all times-Assist residents when needed-Maintain dumpsters, remove trash at beginning and end of each shift- Review and maintain the cleanliness of all common elements (i.e. elevators, carpeting, lobby, hallways, laundry rooms, vestibules, light fixtures, etc.).-Clear snow from all building and garage entryways, exits, and front sidewalks as required.-Perform any other services at the direction of the Board or Property Manager.The Garage Attendant shall maintain a professional and neat appearance, as the work of the moment permits, and should demonstrate strong characteristics of commitment, trustworthiness, responsibility and dependability.Job Type: Part-timeExpected hours: 15 – 20 per weekCompensation Package:Hourly paySchedule:Evening shiftEvery weekend
