Role Description
This is a contract Project Manager role with a hybrid work structure, based in New York, NY, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate various projects that align with WQCLT’s mission. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, ensuring compliance with municipal requirements, conducting inspections, handling expediting tasks, and managing logistics. The Project Manager will collaborate with a diverse network of stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of real estate development experience, preferably in NY.
- Knowledge with Pro Formas, Capital stacks & CDFI’s for potential building aquistion.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Mission aligned with WQCLT values.
