Western Property Management is adding a dependable Maintenance Technician to our team!!
- Lead Maintenance Technician: an experienced professional with strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently. This person should have several years of hands-on maintenance experience, a strong knowledge of building systems and repair techniques. Requires the ability to diagnose problems and complete projects with minimal supervision.

The Right Candidates will:

The Right Applicant will know how to:
- Perform general residential and commercial maintenance and repairs.
- Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, carpentry and mechanical issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
- Maintain tools and a safe work environment.
This position requires a valid, unexpired Drivers License, pre-employment drug test and criminal history search.
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
