Western Precision Manufacturing is hiring for an experienced Office Manager. Duties and responsibilities include:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Answers phone calls, emails, and records messages.
- Manages employee time cards and prepares payroll.
- Prepares invoices and manages QuickBooks.
- Prepares P&L, balance sheets, and other financial reports.
- Creates work tickets, purchase orders, and production schedules.
- Orders materials and manages material deliveries.
- Schedules outgoing freight shipments.
- Manages A/R and A/P.
- Prepares new hire paperwork, drug testing, and manages employee records.
- Makes bank deposit and withdrawals.
- Manages company & employee insurance, work comp, 401K, etc
Compensation dependent on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
