Branch Manager

We are currently seeking a Branch Manager located out of our branch in Parsippany, NJ.  As an operational and sales leader, you will be responsible for general management of the branch, including, P & L management, branch revenue/sales, and overall operations. 

The Branch Operations Manager will play a crucial role in leading our operational and sales efforts. Your primary responsibility will be the general management of the branch, which includes overseeing P&L management, branch revenue and sales, and overall operations. You will lead a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring that both homeowners and businesses receive the highest quality of pest control solutions. In this role, you will be expected to foster a positive work environment that emphasizes safety, growth, and fun. You will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term, profitable relationships with clients while also developing your team members into top performers. Your leadership will be key in driving the branch's success and achieving our operational goals.

What We’re Looking For: 

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in service management or operations, particularly in route-based or service-oriented businesses. Your experience should include P&L responsibility, sales process management, and strategic planning. You will also be involved in conducting third-party audits in a pest control environment, ensuring compliance and operational excellence. Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall management of the branch, including P&L management and branch revenue/sales. 

• Deliver exceptional service to homeowners and businesses.
• Build and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with clients. 
• Develop and cultivate top performers within the team. 
• Conduct strategic planning and succession planning initiatives.
• Manage third-party audits in a pest control environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree 

• 5 years of operational responsibility, including P&L and forecasting. 
• Previous responsibility for the sales process and results. 
• Experience providing strategic planning and succession planning initiatives. 
• Experience conducting/managing third party audits in a pest control environment. 
• Motivation/Passion/Desire to build teams, recruit, train & cultivate top performers, and enable future success within the organization. 

• Must be 18 years of age 

Physical Demands / Working Environment: 

We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations: 

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. 
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc. 
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.

Salary Range: $95,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
