Responsibilities

What You’ll Own as a Commercial Account Executive

 

Success in this role comes down to your ability to connect, build trust, and influence decision‑makers. You’ll be the face of Western in the commercial space, creating strong partnerships and showing businesses why our services matter.

 

Your Impact

  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential customers
  • Schedule and deliver compelling product demonstrations that highlight real value
  • Become a go‑to expert on Western’s full suite of pest control and management solutions
  • Build and maintain a strong, active pipeline while tracking KPIs and leveraging Western’s proven sales strategy
  • Consistently exceed ambitious recurring‑revenue goals and celebrate big wins

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

- Someone who is innovative and thinks creatively

- Persuasive personality

- Self-starter, goal driven and have a high sense of urgency

- Have a “yes” approach to customer service. Exceptional guest service is what separates Western from other pest control companies. You must provide a high level of service to all existing, future, and past clients

- Work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment

- Someone who wants to be connected to their community. To help give back and help their community

- Previous Account Executive experience a plus!

 

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or G.E.D required. Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.

- No Experience Required! Just a passion to sell!

- Valid driver’s license required

- Must be 18 years of age

Salary Range (PLUS commission): $45,000 - $50,000 per year (can exceed)
