Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Quality Control Oversight:
- Supervise daily QAQC activities in Assembly, Powder Coating, Shipping/Receiving, and Vendor Finished goods.
- Ensure proper execution of in-process and final inspections.
- Input inspection results into internal and bridged systems.
- Participate in inspection rotations to support operations.
- Act as the primary contact for customer-reported issues.
- Monitor incoming customer feedback and respond promptly to site needs.
- Coordinate material procurement and vendor requirements with internal teams.
- Collaborate with Project Managers for installation-related support.
- Escalate recurring issues or trends to the QAQC Program Manager.
- Manage inspections within applicable jurisdictions.
- Establish criteria and perform calibrations on measurement tools.
- Investigate non-conformances in collaboration with the QAQC team.
- Support implementation of corrective actions to enhance product quality.
- Assist in generating and maintaining documentation aligned with ISO 9001 standards.
- Define quality standards and ensure document control.
- Support production teams in meeting quality targets.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers.
- Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.
- Adaptability in a dynamic production environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in quality control, inspection, and ISO 9001 documentation preferred.
