- Manage service providers and vendor performance
- Analyze completion and production data to optimize future designs
- Promote a strong HSE culture and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with geology, reservoir, drilling, and production teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical, or a related engineering discipline
- 8 years of completions engineering experience, with significant hands-on experience in HPHT unconventional wells (Haynesville strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated experience designing and executing multi-stage hydraulic fracturing in long-lateral horizontal wells
- Strong operational background, including field supervision of frac, wireline, coiled tubing, and drill-out operations
- Working knowledge of casing design, tubular stress analysis, and HPHT wellhead and pressure control equipment
- Comfort working with big data and machine learning tools to analyze completion performance and drive design decisions
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight in a small-team environment
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to field locations as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Haynesville or other deep gas completion experience
- Experience with simul-frac, e-frac, and other efficiency-driven completion techniques
