Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Professional Cleaning Technician to join our team.
- Paid on a per-job basis.
- Pay starts at $18/hr during training and increases to $20/hr once fully trained.
- Starting hours are approximately 20-30 hours per week, with the opportunity for more as we grow.
- Hours or operation are 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday–Saturday.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial and residential spaces, including floors, windows, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to promote health and safety
- Restock supplies like paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper
- Follow established cleaning checklists and schedules to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Work independently and collaboratively with team members
- Be flexible to work varying shifts and locations based on client needs
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or workplace incidents promptly to management
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow all health and safety regulations
- Maintain records of cleaning activities and supply usage as needed
- Ensure all spaces meet company quality standards
