Responsibilities
- Conduct outside sales initiatives by reaching out to prospective clients through marketing, community events, and networking to generate new insurance leads.
- Engage in retail sales activities within our offices or partner locations to educate customers about available insurance products and services.
- Negotiate policy terms and coverage options with clients to find the best fit for their individual needs, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the process.
- Provide comprehensive customer service by assisting clients with policy inquiries, and ongoing account management.
- Utilize strong communication skills to explain complex insurance concepts clearly and effectively in multiple languages as needed.
- Maintain accurate sales administration records, update client information, and track interactions using CRM systems or other sales tools.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote insurance products through targeted campaigns and outreach efforts that highlight key benefits.
Experience
- 1-2 years in sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or financial services industry.
- MI Property & Casualty license preferred, but not required to start.
Job Types: Contract, Permanent
Pay: $58,855.49 - $67,619.50 per year
