Duties
- Meet with customers virtually to understand their life insurance needs and help them establish an appropriate protection plan.
- Build strong customer relationships through clear communication, personalized service, and consistent follow-up.
- Educate customers on available products and coverage options.
- Identify additional products or services that may meet the customer's needs.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, appointments, follow-ups, and sales activity.
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching to improve product knowledge, communication, and sales skills.
Experience
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, insurance, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over Zoom and by phone.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional customer relationships.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Motivated, dependable, coachable, and comfortable working in a performance-focused environment.
