Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual interested in working with CNC Machines to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to produce precision components that meet strict quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced equipment, including CNC milling machines and lathes, while ensuring safety protocols are followed. Duties
- Operate CNC milling machines, lathes, and other machining equipment with precision and care
- Interpret mechanical blueprints and CAD (Computer-Aided Design) models to accurately produce parts
- Deburr and complete finishing work on products
- Troubleshoot equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and optimize production flow
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Select appropriate tooling and fixtures based on project specifications
- Adhere strictly to safety and security protocols
Experience (not necessary)
- Proven experience operating CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, or similar machining equipment in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes including welding, tooling selection, and deburring
- Understanding of safety protocols related to machine operation and manufacturing environments
