Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Collect payments for permits and citations.
- Advise customers of services offered by department.
- Assist customers with permit application process or citation appeals process.
- Assist with department telephones.
- Assist with postal services campus mailing in absence of passport services employee.
- Assist with promotional events.
- Assist with departmental mailings or clerical activities.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least two years customer service experience.
- Computer experience (Windows). Proficient in Word & Excel
- Money handling experience
Additional Information:
Hourly Range: $11.25 - $14.10
