Western Infectious Disease Consultants (WIDC)—a physician‑owned infectious disease group established in 1982—is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Infectious Disease physician to join our team on a part‑time basis.
This role is ideal for an ID physician looking for flexibility, autonomy, and diverse clinical work in one of the most desirable lifestyle markets in the U.S.

Clinical Mix- Inpatient ID consultations
- Outpatient Infectious Disease care including:
- HIV & PrEP
- Hepatitis C
- Infusion services
- Travel medicine
- Tele‑infectious disease
- Optional wound care
- Antimicrobial stewardship
- Infection prevention & infection control
- Part‑time: Three (3) half‑day clinic sessions per week
- Call: ~1 in 4 weekends (12 weekends/year)
- PRN hospital rounding with advance scheduling
- Position available due to planned physician retirement (transition support available)
