1st Shift Opening – 8am – 5pm
Monday-Friday schedule (weekends & overtime as needed/required)
Starting rate $17.00
The Receiving Clerk is responsible for receiving all inbound deliveries to their designated areas and ensuring products are received correctly, on time, and are properly documented. This role includes labeling, organizing, and putting away incoming goods, maintaining accurate inventory counts, and following established quality and safety procedures.
Summary of Job Duties
- Accurately account for the location of all incoming goods.
- Unload product shipments using a forklift.
- Inspect deliveries for damage and verify correct quantities were received.
- Prepare and organize received stock for inventory.
- Receive product in the system and apply appropriate labeling.
- Notify personnel of receipts; file and distribute receiving paperwork.
- Locate product data and maintain accurate records in appropriate computer systems and databases.
- Assist other members of the warehouse team as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the workstation and surrounding production area.
- Adhere to all safety procedures, company policies, and quality standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Work Environment
This position operates in both office and manufacturing environments that are non-climate controlled, with noise levels that are moderate to loud, requiring associates to wear hearing protection. Fast-paced team environment with interruptions and ongoing problem solving.
Physical Demands
Regular use of office equipment. Standing, walking, bending, stooping for long periods of time, grip/grasping, twisting, reaching overhead, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying up to 75 lbs. Use of hand tools and/or power tools, and other industrial equipment. Ability to wear all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Required Skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of the organization.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Six months of customer service and data entry experience.
- Six months of warehouse receiving experience preferred.
- Six months of forklift experience preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification.
Work Authorization/ Security Clearance
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
