Location: In-office In-Home Care (Travel to Clients' Homes in own vehicle) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 32 hours/week this position includes an on-call weekend/holiday rotation Are you someone who is well organized and enjoys making a difference in the lives of others? If so, Western Home Communities is seeking to add an Hybrid Employee Relations Coordinator (Home Health Scheduler/Caregiver) to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for scheduling atHome with Western Home employees who provide in-home care services to our clients, as well as assisting our clients with specific tasks in helping to maintain their independence in their home. Highly preferred in this role is a current CNA certification with the Iowa Nurse Aide registry and completed CMA course certificate. Requirements of a Hybrid Employee Relations Coordinator:  (Preferred) Must have completed an accredited 60-hour Medication Aide course and be CPR certified or willing to achieve it. Must also have current CNA certification with the Iowa Nurse Aide registry in good standing. You will administer medications and perform required treatments to clients, under the direction of licensed staff. (Required) Must have a valid Driver’s License  (Required) Must have reliable transportation and active vehicle insurance as you will be responsible for travel to the client's home (Required) Must be willing and able to perform hands-on cares (Preferred) Prior Scheduling experience Excellent communication skills Must be CPR certified or willing to obtain Will be working independently, so must be a self-starter and able to move from one task to another Responsibilities of a Hybrid Employee Relations Coordinator:  Schedules in-home employees for assignments, resolving related problems such as illnesses, insufficient staffing, clients concerns and suggestions, etc. Logs all incoming calls and/or refers to the appropriate department Provide our clients with assistance of daily living needs including personal care, meal preparation, home tidiness, and more, as needed Provide physical support as needed for clients including daily activities and personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, getting out of bed, -using the toilet, walking, standing, or exercising. Maintain a safe environment for those we serve Promptly responds to client needs and takes appropriate action Maintains on-call status during non-business hours, communicating with employees, clients, and team members Informs new clients about atHome with Western Home options, service levels, and pricing, as needed.
