Responsibilities
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes
- Collaborate with physicians and nursing leadership
- Support resident admissions and care planning
- Provide emotional and physical support to residents and families
- Supervise and support Resident Assistants/Medication Managers
Qualifications
- Graduate of a state-approved nursing program
- Current Iowa LPN license
- CPR certified or willing to obtain
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Strong attendance and reliability
