Event Staff

Location: Cedar Falls, IA - Jorgensen Plaza for Well-Being

Western Home Communities is seeking friendly Event Servers who truly love what they do and love where they work. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to provide positive guest interactions and support event setup and service. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable customer service experience while working alongside a supportive and fun team. You'll truly make a difference in the lives of the people around you.

• Assist with planning and preparing events, including setup and cleanup

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns

• Provide positive, efficient, and welcoming guest interactions

• Must be 16 years of age or older

• Strong customer service skills and a commitment to serving others

• Ability to be patient and interact tactfully with residents, guests, family members, and coworkers

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English

• Flexibility to work daytime, weekend, and holiday shifts as required
