Western Heating & Air Conditioning is looking to expand our warehouse team! We are looking for a full-time Warehouse Associate and are looking for candidates that would describe themselves as: hard working, dedicated, honest, and reliable.
The Warehouse Associate will oversee operations within the warehouse to ensure that all incoming and outgoing inventory is processed according to schedule. The duties of this position will include training new employees on how to use the equipment, monitoring compliance with safety standards, coordinating parts/tools to job sites, parts deliveries, and supporting the field operations as necessary.

- Audit and report inventory while making recommendations on which items to order and restock
- Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse
- Communicate with field staff to ensure products are received and distributed in a timely manner
- Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, warehouses, or storage yards
- Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas
- Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors
- Monday – Friday schedule: Starting at 7AM to 3PM
- Overtime – Expected overtime during peak seasons and as required on a needed basis. Overtime must be approved by management.

- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience
- Minimum 1 year inventory management experience
- Minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Clean driving record with no recent major traffic violations.
- Physical ability to lift 100 lbs., bend, climb, and perform necessary movements for loading and unloading trucks.
